How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If your tracking link doesn’t show updates immediately, wait 48 hours as courier sites take time to update. If you don’t receive tracking information after 72 hours, email us at Trendsetters@gorillagodz.com with your order number.

How long does it take to receive my order?

What if my order is delayed?
If your estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your package:

What if my order is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We’ll replace your order at no additional cost.

However, if tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we are not responsible for replacements. Please check with your local post office or neighbors first.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
Orders may be returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the package at customs, or refusal by the recipient. If this happens:

  • You’ll be notified when we receive the returned package.

  • You’ll need to provide an updated address or cover re-shipping costs if the return was due to customer error.

  • If the package was returned due to courier damage, we’ll reship it for free.

What if my order arrives damaged?
