Important Notice

Many national postal services, such as Canada Post and USPS, can deliver to PO Boxes. However, some of our products—such as posters and bulkier shipments—exceed the size limits of postal carriers. In such cases, we use commercial shipping services (like FedEx and UPS), which cannot deliver to PO Boxes. To ensure a smooth delivery, we strongly recommend providing a physical address instead of a PO Box.


Order Fulfillment & Delivery Estimates

Our Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is based on two factors:

  1. Fulfillment Time – The time it takes to create and prepare your order for shipment. Since each item is custom-made, this process takes 2–7 business days.

  2. Shipping Time – The time it takes for your order to be delivered after leaving our facility. This varies based on your location and shipping method.

Formula:
Estimated Fulfillment Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time

While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, please note that EDT is not a guarantee. Your order may arrive later due to factors such as:

  • Stock availability

  • Carrier delays (e.g., weather, service disruptions, failed delivery attempts)

  • Multiple shipments (some orders may be fulfilled from different locations)

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Each item undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets our high standards before being shipped.


Customs, Duties, & Import Fees

For shipments to Canada and other international destinations, some packages may incur customs fees, import taxes, or tariffs. These charges are determined by the recipient’s country and are not covered by Gorilla Godz. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any additional charges before placing an order.


Shipping Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the EDT, please wait a few extra days before contacting us at Trendsetters@gorillagodz.com. We will investigate and provide the latest status update.


Shipping Carriers

To provide the best shipping experience, we work with global carriers, including:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL

  • Canada Post

  • USPS

  • Other regional couriers


Lost, Returned, or Unclaimed Packages

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We will reprint and reship your order at no cost.

Before requesting a replacement, please:

  • Verify that your shipping address was correct.

  • Contact your local post office or courier to check if they are holding the package.

If tracking information states that the package was delivered but not received, Gorilla Godz is not responsible for replacing the order. In such cases, customers must cover the cost of a replacement.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, the order may be returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed shipments that are returned to our facility will require the customer to pay for reshipment.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Size exchanges (check the size guide before ordering)

  • Hygiene products (e.g., face masks, neck gaiters, socks)

In compliance with EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), items that are custom-made or sealed for hygiene reasons are non-refundable once unsealed after delivery.
